Ganpat University was established under Gujarat State Act No. 19 of 2005, and is duly recognized under Section 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956 and a member of Association of Indian Universities. The University has Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) as one of its premium area of operations. FMS was established with following Vision and Mission:
